Cordial making with herbs and fruit. This is an journeyman level class. It will be assumed you know how to make a cordial. It is hoped but not necessary that you have taken my 101 and 201 class. We will discuss mixing herbs and fruit in various liquors and tasting . 21 and older only.

Let's talk tea - and taste it too! From China through Japan and India to Europe, has been a natural conversation-starter for centuries. Methods of tea processing range from steeping to spicing to butter-and-salting to powder -and-whisking, and Lynette has most of them on tap. Let's taste the rainbow: matcha and sencha from Japan, Russian Caravan with a possible detour through Tibet, masala chai from India, and maybe more. Bring a heat-safe drinking vessel if you have one with you!
