Ingredients Hand Pies dough: flour, butter, egg yolks, salt, and water
  • Pork: roast pork, raisins, chicken stock, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, salt, pepper
  • Chicken: chicken thighs, olive oil, garlic, bay leaves, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, pepper, sherry (cooked), chicken broth, red wine vinegar, almond flour, saffron, parsley, hard cooked egg yolks
  • Onions: Onion, olive oil, wine, almond milk (almonds, water), and bread
Carrots: Baby carrots, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, honey
Pizzelles: Flour, butter, eggs, sugar, baking powder, Cream d'Or almond sherry
